About Me
Renaissance man: a present-day man who has acquired profound knowledge or proficiency in more than one field.
I wouldn’t call myself a renaissance man… yet. But in a way, this is my life’s ambition. To learn, to grow and experience a great many things and acquire knowledge. Life is an adventure…
I grew up in Lewiston, Idaho. After high school I joined the U.S. Air Force, and worked as an Electronic Laboratory Technician on nuclear missiles. Later, I transferred to the Washington National Guard. I began my undergraduate studies at North Idaho College (an absolutely beautiful campus on lake Coeur d’Alene). I started as an Electrical Engineering major, but early on I discovered an aptitude and a passion for programming. I switched majors to Computer Science when I transferred to the University of Idaho.
I’m an avid football fan and root for the Seattle Seahawks. I also a musician and play in a local cover band called Homewreckr. I shoot a bow and arrow, bow-hunt big game (when I have the chance) and enjoy watching great film, and listening to great music and discovering new people, places and events. I’m also a member of Mensa.
I currently reside in Lewiston, Idaho and work for a company in Tennessee as a Software Developer. I also do some consulting on the side in the .Net domain.
