		<description>The solution is: You have to delete all *.tbd files from C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\VisualStudio\8.0 folder.

		<description>I get this too, though not with the green backcolor. A posible cause   might be that this happens when tool groups are added to the toobar ABOVE the standard VS ones.</description>
